Exchange and Return Policy
All sales at On the Bucket List (OTBL) are final. We have a limited, curated collection, so we can't always offer cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
However, we understand that sometimes you might need a different size. In the case of a genuine size exchange, we will do our best to accommodate you if the item is in stock. If we don't have the size you need, we'll provide store credit, not a refund. Each store credit is equal to ₹1.
To request an exchange, please email us at contact@onthebucketlist.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We can only accept exchanges on items that are unworn with all original tags intact.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only process refunds for fulfillment errors, such as a damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo of the item at contact@onthebucketlist.in within 24-48 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to verification by our team.
