Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
For most products, orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email or SMS with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within India.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is a flat shipping fee of ₹150.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, only if it hasn't been processed and shipped. We cannot cancel orders once they have left our warehouse. Please note: We do not accept cancellations for personalized or customized products.
What if I received a damaged product?
We take great care in packaging our products. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at contact@onthebucketlist.in within 24 hours of delivery. You must include a video of the product with original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. We will not be able to process a request without this video.
When will I get my refund for a cancelled order?
If a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 7-12 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
