• Washing: Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Use mild detergent. Avoid using bleach.
• Drying: Air dry in the shade to preserve fabric color and quality. Avoid direct sunlight and tumble drying.
• Ironing: Use a low to medium heat setting for ironing. Steam for delicate fabrics.

• We offer Free standard delivery across India.
• Your order gets dispatched within 24 hours from the day of your order. It gets delivered in another 5-7 days.
• All the shipping is done through our logistic partners.
• Please check the product packaging before accepting the delivery from logistic team. If tampered, please do not accept the same.
• Shipping can be tracked on the account page.

All sales at On the Bucket List (OTBL) are final. We have a limited, curated collection, so we can't always offer cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

However, we understand that sometimes you might need a different size. In the case of a genuine size exchange, we will do our best to accommodate you if the item is in stock. If we don't have the size you need, we'll provide store credit, not a refund. Each store credit is equal to ₹1.

To request an exchange, please email us at contact@onthebucketlist.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We can only accept exchanges on items that are unworn with all original tags intact.
